• I would like to order just one or two cards for myself...

  Footle is primarily a wholesale supplier, but a limited range of our cards is available direct via our Etsy shop.

• I would like to view your trade prices...

  In order to see our trade prices you will need create an account first, either on our trade website, or at our Faire wholesale page. Alternatively, just email us along with your business details and we'll sort things out.

• I would prefer not to order online...

  You can email us your order. We do not accept telephone orders without written confirmation by email / post.

• What is a 'unit' of cards?

  Our cards are packed in 6's per design. So 1 unit = 6 cards of the same design, 2 units = 12 cards of the same design and so on.

  Within our wholesale terms we have no minimum total order quantity, but note delivery costs and payment terms. Note that Faire operates slightly differently.

• How do I apply for a Trade Account?

  For buyers interested in becoming a Footle stockist, you can apply for an account by going to our trade website.

  For Faire users, we also have a wholesale shop Footle Publishing.
  Not using Faire? There are some special offers for new-to-Faire retailers!

  Or you can email your business details to us and we'll sort things out.

• Do I have to have a physical shop?

  We accept applications from both brick and mortar, and E-commerce businesses.

  But whatever the basis of your business, our products cannot be sold on other platforms, such as Amazon, eBay or Etsy, without strict permission. All products sold online should also match our RRP so as not to undercut our bricks and mortar retailers.

  We require a full contact details, including business address before approving any account.

• What's your MOQ & delivery charges?

  We try to keep our requirements manageable for other small businesses - that’s why we don’t have a minimum total order quantity (although this is slightly different on Faire).

  You only need to spend £150 (ex VAT) for free delivery if you’re based in the UK - including Highlands and Islands. All orders under £150 will be charged at £10 (ex VAT) for standard UK-wide delivery.

• What about payment & credit?

  Ordering via our trade site / by email:
  All customers will be able to checkout without payment from our trade site, and an invoice will be generated by us and emailed to you. No pre-payment orders (ie new customers or any order under £100 ex VAT) will be processed until the payment is received by us. Orders over £100 (ex VAT) from existing customers (with a credit agreement) will be processed immediately.

  Ordering via Faire:
  If you have a Faire account, then order in the usual way via our Footle Publishing shop.
